Shipping

Your package will be delivered by Royal Mail.
Shipping costs are £4.50, but are free for orders over £49. Once we have shipped your package, the delivery time is 2–4 days.

Accepted Payment Methods

Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal

We do not charge card fees. The amount will only be deducted once your order has been shipped.

All prices on the website are in British Pounds.

Payment authorization

When you place your order, the order total is reserved immediately. The amount is held on your card or account until we ship your item, or until the reservation is released in accordance with your card issuer’s agreement.

You can contact your card issuer for more information about the rules that apply to your specific card.

Discount codes

If you have a discount code, it must be entered at checkout in the field labeled 'Discount code or gift card'.

Discounts or offers must be used during the valid period and cannot be applied to purchases made before the campaign started or after it has ended.

Returns

You have a 30-day return right from the date of receipt, provided that all products are in the same condition as when received. This means the products must not have been used, show any signs of damage or stains, or smell of tobacco, perfume, sweat, or similar. The tags must also not have been removed.

We reserve the right to reject an exchange or return if the product does not meet these criteria.

For returns, a shipping fee of £4.50 will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to exchange your item for another product or a gift card instead, the return is free of charge.

If the entire order is returned, the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will also be refunded. However, please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if only part of the order is returned.

Exchanges

You have 365 days of free exchange from the date of receipt, provided that all products are in the same condition as when received. This means the products must not have been used, show any signs of damage or stains, or smell of tobacco, perfume, sweat, or similar. The tags must also not have been removed.

We reserve the right to reject an exchange or return if the product does not meet these criteria.

We offer one free exchange. If you wish to return or exchange a product that has already been exchanged once, you will need to cover the return shipping cost yourself. You can still use our return portal, where you have the option to purchase return shipping.

Create your return/exchange

You can create your return or exchange in our return portal, which you can find here. Enter your order number and email address, then select the products you wish to return.

If you have chosen a refund in the form of a gift card, it will be sent to your email once we have received and processed your return package.

If you have chosen a refund to your payment card, you will receive a confirmation from us once your return has been processed. The refunded amount will appear in your bank account within 1–5 business days. If you paid via Klarna, your invoice will be cancelled or adjusted immediately after we have processed your return.

If you have chosen to exchange your order for other products, these will be shipped as soon as we have received and processed your return package.

We process all returns as quickly as possible, and no later than within 7 business days of receipt.

Please note the following:

  1. When creating a return through our return portal, please make sure you have selected exactly the products you wish to return. If you include an item in your return that was not selected in the portal, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  2. If you received a quantity discount and later cancel part of your order so that the conditions for the discount are no longer met, the discount will be void, and the value of the discount will be deducted from your refund.
  3. For campaigns where you receive a free gift with purchases over a certain amount: If you return all or part of your order so that the total value no longer meets the conditions for the gift, the gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return two separate orders in the same parcel, as our system does not support this. You will therefore only be refunded for one order. Most of our personal data is collected directly from you. In order for us to enter into an agreement with you, we need the following general information:

In addition, Maya Freya Aps also processes data about you collected from third parties (e.g., social media). This data includes:

  • Purchase history

The owners and employees of Maya Freya Aps have access to your personal information.
We do not store or transmit customer information in encrypted form, and customer information is not transmitted encrypted.
Personal data is registered with mayafreya.dk (Maya Freya Aps) and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only use information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to be informed about what data we process about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obligated to delete your personal data if you request it. This could be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe your personal data is being processed in violation of the law.

When you complete an order at Maya Freya Aps, you also consent to us contacting you via email or SMS regarding your order, similar products, good offers, etc. You can always unsubscribe from emails and SMS either by contacting us directly or unsubscribing via emails and SMS.

Cookies

When you visit mayafreya.uk, information is collected about you which is used to customize and improve our content and to increase the value of the ads shown on the site.
If you do not wish information to be collected, you should delete your cookies. If you do not accept the use of cookies when visiting our online store, it may affect your user experience, as we use cookies to update your shopping cart, among other things. The use of cookies is also necessary when you wish to place an order.

Your rights in case of defects

When you shop with us as a consumer, your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

This means you have a 24-month right of complaint.

If, against expectations, you need to file a complaint, please email us at support@mayafreya.uk and include relevant photos. If your complaint is justified, you may be entitled to have the item repaired or replaced, or to receive a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

You must submit your complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the fault. A complaint made within two months of discovering the issue will always be considered timely.

How to file a complaint

We will always do our best to find a solution together with you.

If we are unable to reach an agreement, you may submit your complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus.

If you live in an EU country other than Denmark, you may submit your complaint via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
