Return & Exchanges
Returns
You always have 30 days return right from the date of receipt, provided that all products are in the same condition as when received. This means that the products must not have been used, show damage/stains, smell of tobacco, perfume, sweat, or similar, and the tags must not have been removed.
We reserve the right to reject an exchange/return if the item does not meet these criteria.
For returns, a handling fee of £4.5 will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to exchange for another item or a gift card instead, returns are free of charge.
Exchanges
You always have 365 days of free exchange if you want to change to another size or another item.
How do I return my order?
Once you have ensured that your items meet the requirements for return/exchange, please read the following:

Register your exchange/return in our return portal, which you can find here. Enter your email address and order number, and select the products you wish to return.

We only make direct exchanges for another size of the same model/color/design. Choosing a different item may therefore incur an additional payment.

If you wish to exchange for another size of the same item, please select “exchange.”

If you want a refund/gift card or want to choose a different item, please select “return.”

If you wish to return or exchange items more than once — meaning returning or exchanging items that have already been exchanged before — you must cover the return shipping cost yourself. You must send your package directly to our address (Hjaltesvej 8.1., 7500 Holstebro), as packages sent to parcel shops or similar will not be collected. Remember to enclose a note with your order number and specify whether you want an exchange or refund.

If you have chosen to exchange your item for another size (exchange) or selected another item (return) — regardless of whether you have to pay a price difference or not — you will receive a new order confirmation after completing the payment on our website. The new item will be shipped to you once we have received and processed your return package.

If you have chosen a refund via gift card, you will receive the gift card by email. If you have chosen a refund to your payment card, the amount will appear in your account within 1–5 business days.
We process return packages as quickly as possible and no later than within 7 business days of receipt.

Please note: When you create a return via our portal, please double-check that you have selected exactly the items you wish to return. If you do not mark an item for return, you will not be able to claim a refund or exchange for that item.
If you received a quantity discount, and later cancel part of the purchase so that you no longer meet the condition for the discount, you will lose the value of the discount.
It is unfortunately not possible to return two orders together, as our system does not support this. You will therefore only receive a refund for one order. If you wish to save on return shipping, we recommend choosing an exchange for another item or a gift card.
Claims
If, against expectations, you have received an incorrect item or have a claim, please send us an email at support@mayafreya.com - and attach pictures.
