We aim to pack and ship your items as quickly as possible. However, if you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or something similar, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to assist you before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Yes, you can. You have a 30-day return policy on your order and 365 days of free exchanges.

We will begin the refund process as soon as we have received your returned item. After that, it takes 1–3 business days for the money to be returned to your account.

The money will be refunded to the same payment method you used.

It takes 2–4 business days to deliver your package to you.

We ship all packages with Royal Mail – you can choose the delivery method you prefer.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive another email from us with tracking information, so you can follow your order.

Delivery costs £6.50 – but is free on all orders over £49.
