Returns and exchanges
At Maya Freya, we always have a 30-day return policy and a full 365 days of free exchanges.
Returns and exchanges must be made within the applicable deadlines. The items must be unused, and all tags must be intact, just as with other purchases.
Please note: The Advent calendar can only be returned or exchanged as a whole. It is therefore not possible to return or exchange individual prints.
